All new orders placed directly from the website will ship at the soonest available date.
Customers located in California and Illinois will have a specific delivery date assigned to their order, and will receive tracking information for delivery 1-2 business days before their scheduled delivery date.
Customers located in Ohio, Virginia, and DC will receive their orders about one week after the order was placed.
Your club order will ship one week after you receive your order confirmation.
On your order generation and billing date, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. You can see your next order generation / billing date by logging in to your Hopsy account and going to "Manage Plan" on your Account page. Please request changes within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation; once you receive tracking information, we are unable to make changes.
