We’re sorry that you missed the delivery! We’d love for things to always workout flawlessly, but sometimes they don’t. But fret not! Our carriers will generally re-attempt delivery the following day. After three failed delivery attempts, our carriers will return the package to our distribution center. We suggest contacting our shipping providers directly when there is a missed delivery.
If you’re concerned you won’t be available for delivery, we recommend using your work address if possible, or confiding in a neighbor/friend to receive your order.
