If a delivery was missed, our carriers will attempt re-delivery the following day. After two failed delivery attempts, our carriers will return the package to our warehouses. We suggest contacting our shipping providers directly when there is a missed delivery. Don’t worry, we’ll follow up with you to see if we can try your order again to another address.
If you’re concerned you won’t be available for delivery, we recommend trying your work address or confiding in a neighbor/friend to receive your order.
