What happens when a package is returned to Hopsy?

Packages returned to Hopsy are likely a result of: 3 failed delivery attempts, package was refused by the receiver, package was damaged while in transit, or we’ve requested a Return to Shipper.

In the event that this occurs, we will do our best to get in contact with you to set up a new order for delivery or issue a store credit.
